What is MOQ?

Sample order is accepted, MOQ is 20pcs. but we would like to help more customers. If you only need 10pcs, it is ok. we believe in that your order will be more than 500pcs in near future.

How can i make the design?

Candtech can help you throughout the design,production, supply. We has our own design team which is able to structure & Electronic part design services for you.

What about the lead time?

Stock sample can send out within 7 day, custom sample doing time is 2~3 weeks. 1~100pcs.

Can I change some parameters or designs according to my requirements?

Sure.ODM/OM is acceptable.

Can you tell us the whole transaction process? What do we need to do to start the transaction?

a).You send us inquiry.We will have a dedicated person to confirm the specifications and parameters with you.and also discuss the delivery or shipping method.
b).You pay 70% deposit, if less than 100pcs, we suggest you pay full amount because production time will be quicker.
c).Start production.
d).Balance Paying before package sending out.
